And when they do, not only is the need fulfilled &mdash; hearts are softened and strengthened.<\/p>\n<h2>Giving Transforms the Giver<\/h2>\n<p>Giving together doesn&rsquo;t just change the lives of those who receive &mdash; it transforms those who give.
