Our flagship Venture Islamic Philanthropy (VIP) Program is dedicated to empowering social enterprises and non-profit organizations that are driving meaningful societal change. By merging the strategic advantages of angel investment networks, our incubator + accelerator, and tailored business support services – we offer a holistic approach to nurturing impactful ventures from inception to maturity. Successful applicants will have both a high aptitude for achievement and a high-impact venture at any stage of development. The program cycle is flexible and may last from 6 moths to a multi-year engagement.

Since M1U’s inception in 2024, we have been aggressively growing the portfolio of projects being supported.
Voice of the Ummah
QubaLink, in association with M1U, has co-produced a brand-new reality TV series titled “Voice of Ummah” in Bangladesh centered around discovering some of the best talent in the country for Quran recitation. The winner gets a full scholarship to pursue their Islamic Studies. M1U will also help set up a mosque in the winners locality in Bangladesh.
M1U has sponsored Ameen, a mobile app launched as a free digital hub for publicizing events, services, and business networking for the American-Muslim community in the DC area. The app has gained widespread adoption, helping users stay informed about community events, janazah notices (burials), and Muslim-owned businesses.

Food for Thought
M1U also sponsors the work of tackling food insecurity through its feeding program to provide nutritious meals to those in need. The program has distributed thousands of meals to the hungry and homeless in the DC area. There are ambitious plans to collaborate with local farmers, restaurants, and food banks to scale outreach, and increase volunteer participation to sustain and grow the initiative.
Minar360 is a digital hub that connects Muslim communities by uniting masjids, Islamic organizations, local businesses, and community members on one platform. It streamlines communication, enhances community engagement, and empowers connections, building a stronger, more connected Muslim community.

M1U is sponsoring and developing a unique Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software product design particularly for Masjids and Islamic centers. The purpose of this technology is to improve the ability of masajid to communicate with community member for streamlining donations. It also gives transparency and visibility in to the Masjid’s various programs and services for both administration and community members. Currently no such software exists and hence filling this gap is critically important to improve the Masjid’s across America and their relationship with community members.
M1U has recently acquired a $1.2 million property in Bethesda, Maryland for the Sabeel Islamic Center community to use as a space for worship and conducting various Islamic programs and services for worshippers and youth.
